This limited small-batch release from Glenallachie was crafted from select Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons personally chosen by master blender Billy Walker. The nose reveals inviting aromas of clementine, tiramisu, and dark chocolate, while the palate unfolds with luscious notes of ripe cherry compote, toasted cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg.

Nose: Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart.

Taste: Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystalised ginger, with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.
