Presented in an elegantly hand-carved oak case, this remarkable spirit—distilled in 1989—was matured in a combination of three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso, and two virgin oak casks. The result is an indulgent harmony of caramel, espresso, and tropical fruit notes.

Bottled at a natural cask strength of 48% ABV, with no chill filtration and natural colour, it showcases the whisky in its purest form.

Nose: A rich bouquet of mocha, cinnamon, heather honey, and pineapple, complemented by touches of raisins, pomegranate, and eucalyptus.

Palate: Layers of dark chocolate, coffee, raisins, and dried fruits intertwine with heather honey, treacle, and pineapple, rounded by gentle spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.
