With the support of Milroys, we finally secure a portion of a beautifully matured third-fill sherry butt from a Secret Speyside distillery showcasing the distillery’s naturally bright, zesty spirit layered with rich dried fruits and warming spice after 16 years of ageing. A well-balanced and characterful dram, ideal for the autumn season.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Opens with indulgent tiramisu and milk chocolate, followed by rich tea biscuits and a touch of fresh ginger. With time, notes of floral honey, nutmeg, cinnamon pastry, raisin, sticky toffee pudding, and fig rolls develop, with hints of honeycomb and a subtle green, leafy edge.

Palate: Sweet pastry, figs, and raisins lead, supported by red fruits, cola cubes, and warming spices. Layers of cream icing, speculoos, and vanilla sponge add a decadent richness, lifted by a light confectionery note.

Finish : Long and gently earthy, with lingering orchard fruits and soft sweetness.
