Tasting notes:

Nose – Coastal salinity balanced with zesty orange, lime, and salted mango. A touch of water lifts the tropical fruit beautifully.

Palate – Rich and textured with waxy, mineral notes and burnt syrup, opening with water into a vibrant tropical fruit salad and gentle sweetness.

Finish – Long and waxy with ripe mango, Ben Nevis funk, and a playful mix of sweet-shop treats and coastal breeze.
